We tried the excellent pork cutlets, Karađorđeva steak, and Shopska salad. For dessert, we had homemade baklava. The restaurant does not have a classic menu; instead, the offer depends on the fresh food available that day. When we visited, they also had freshly roasted meat.

The food is tasty, homemade, and the portions are generous. Next time, we will definitely try the roast meat and the soup as well.

The fact that, after about a 15-minute drive from Loznica, you find yourself on Mount Gučevo, in a restaurant surrounded by untouched nature and overlooking this beautiful part of Serbia, says enough about the atmosphere.

While sitting in the garden and looking at the green landscapes, it is hard to keep everyday worries in your head. Places like this truly have a way of healing everything.

We were served by a kind lady who recommended what we should order, and she was absolutely right. The prices are reasonable, the service is quick, and the quality of the food is very high.

We came here on the recommendation of friends who praised the kindness of the hosts, and they were right. There is also a children’s playground below the restaurant, which is a great option for families visiting with kids.

Since the restaurant is tucked away in untouched nature, it is worth coming here to experience the peace of this place.
