Lazin Salaš Restaurant

We tried several dishes, starting with an excellent veal soup, followed by the Lazin beef sauté, pork knuckle in horseradish sauce, and a Šopska salad. For dessert, we had strudel.

The menu is truly diverse, with a large selection of meat dishes. The variety of pork specialties also deserves special praise. On our next visit, we will definitely try lamb in sour milk, which seems to be a particularly interesting specialty.

The space is very large. On the left side, the tables are already set and surrounded by many decorative details. The place has a warm, homely atmosphere, almost as if you have stepped into a small ethno-style village.

Guests are constantly coming and going – foreigners, large groups, and smaller parties – and the waiters are always busy. On the right side, the space turns into a nightlife venue in the evening. Just a note: you should reserve a table in advance.

For more than a decade, this place has been known as a great spot for a night out with excellent live music. At the same time, you can order grilled dishes, so if you want to enjoy music while having a good meal, this is definitely a place worth visiting.

It is noticeable that many guests pass through the restaurant, so the waiters do not always have much time to dedicate to each table, despite their best efforts. Nevertheless, they are polite and ready to recommend what to eat that day.

We did not wait long for the food, and the restaurant also offers a very good wine selection.

We will definitely visit again – both to try more items from the menu and to enjoy the already well-known excellent tamburica music.
